What are Cranberries?

Cranberries are found in many different varieties. The cranberries we use is often called Nordic cranberry and grows in northern Europe. The Cranberries have a fresh, tangy flavor and is very healthy for both the body and skin.

Cranberries are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C and is often used in supplements and medicine to treat kidney stones, infections and cranberries also strengthens the immune system.

What is Arctic Cranberry good for?

Arctic cranberries are particularly rich in antioxidants that are absolutely necessary to combat free radicals. Antioxidants slows down the skin aging process and makes the skin look younger.

Cranberries also have an absolutely perfect ratio between omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which means that it is easily absorbed by the skin and it is more likely that the skin are able to absorb even more of the potent antioxidants, vitamin E and C and all the other nutritional substances of cranberries.

What is special about our Cranberries?

We use Arctic Cranberry from Northern Finland. We make an extract from the cranberries using C02 gas. This is the purest and best way to create an active extract. In this way we avoid using solvents and high heat so that the extract is completely clean and free of heavy metals. This also means that the extract is very potent and all nutrients are preserved.
