Returns and Claims

RETURN
If 15 days or more have passed since the purchase, we can not give you your money back or exchange the item.
For the return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received and in original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your email order confirmation sent from Marina Miracle).

 

There are certain situations where partial refund may be granted: If the item is damaged or defective.

REFUNDS AND COMPLAINTS

Once the item is received and controlled by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of acceptance or rejection of the refund. If reimbursement is approved, the reimbursement will be to your first means of payment.

 

LATE OR LACK OF REFUND
If you have not received your agreed refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before repayment is officially published. The next thing you do is contact your bank. There is often a turnaround time before a refund will be received in your bank.

 

If you've done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@marinamiracle.com and we will find a solution.

Products on sale can not be refunded.

 

CHANGING OR REPLACING THE PRODUCTS

We can only replace products if they are damaged or destroyed. To replace a broken item, send us an email to info@marinamiracle.com and we will find a solution.

 

DELIVERY OF RETURNS
To return the product, you must send the product to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. If you are sending an item / several items valued at over 100 USD, you should consider using a traceable delivery service or purchase shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we receive your returned product.
