INGREDIENTS

1 banana
1/2 apple
4-5 pieces frozen strawberries
6-7 raspberries
4-5 pieces frozen papaya / pineapple / mango
1/2 lemon (juice)
2 tsp goji berries (Superfood! It contains 500 times more vitamin C than oranges, three times more iron than spinach and 6 times more beta carotene than carrots!)
2-3 brazil nuts
2-3 almonds
2 teaspoons mix of seeds (sesame seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds)
1 tablespoon rosehip powder (optional)
1 teaspoon cranberry powder (optional)
1 teaspoon Quinna
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoon coconut oil
1 pinch of turmeric
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1 cup water

Mix all the ingredients in a blender, and pour some almond milk and water.

Rosehip powder and cranberry powder can be replaced with spirulina or another powder you like. If you are allergic to nuts / seeds you can replace these with oatmeal or half an avocado to get the healthy fatty acids.

Happy blending! :)
